So after the floaters were made so that they would drift around and change direction when they are off screen, they also can change between evil and good, and change color.

I go to work on making them spawn on the title screen.

This took a bit of work, I figured out since I was basing their turn off zero, I had to move the entire title screen to match.

Also all of them were using the same color, so I figured out viva googling that you have to duplicate the material to make each one unique so the colors are not shared.

After all of that I made a new game button, and added a hover image. The new game button follows the same branding as the logo. The hover image has on either side a heart, on one the pink heart, and a red more realistic heart.

I feel now is a good time to talk about my plans for enemy design. I am thinking of starting with a rabbit that looks fairly normal in the light, but in the dark or when hungry becomes a tall humanoid rabbit with his intestines hanging out. These intestines will be serpentine, and while in his dark form he will move by slithering on them.

Connected the new game button to a queue free comand on the root of the title screen. Queue free essentially deloads a node and it’s children.This will enable me to no-longer worry about the title screen once we enter the actual game, and should free some resources. Set up a signal that fires just before the queue free which tells the master script to start the game.

Scripts are still in data/devlogs , the new ones are floattitlemaster 3-5, masterscript 9, titlescreen script 4- 14
